We offer a refund or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase.
Eligibility for a Refund or Exchange:
- To complete a refund, we require a register receipt or website invoice.
- Merchandise without proof of purchase may be exchanged at the current retail price; no refund will be issued.
- Your item must be unused in the same condition that you received it.
- The packaging must be intact free of markings, rips and tears.
- Apparel that has been worn or washed will be refused.
- Our regular priced items may be refunded, sale, clearance or discontinued cannot.
- Merchandise that does not meet the criteria will be refused and discarded. They will not be returned to the customer.
- The Campus Store reserves the right to refuse any return
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Domestic shipping fees for an exchange or replacement item are on us!
Damaged in Transit:
- If your merchandise arrives damaged a replacement or refund will be issued.
- Please call the store to report the damage, 740-283-6271.
- If the box or packaging has been compromised pictures will be requested which are helpful in filing a claim with the carrier.
Preparing the return via mail:
- Don’t forget to include proof of purchase!
- Tell us if you would like a size replacement or refund.
