Textbook and course material returns will be accepted under the following conditions:
General Merchandise Return Policy
The Campus Store will accept merchandise for refund or exchange if returned to us, in new condition, within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be accompanied by invoice or cash register receipt.
Merchandise without a receipt or invoice may be exchanged at current retail price; no refund will be issued.
Discontinued or clearanced merchandise are not eligible for refund or exchange.
If opened, dissatisfaction in the product is not an acceptable reason for return.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns that do not meet the criteria will be refused and returned to the customer.
The Campus Store reserves the right to refuse any return. All refunds are subject to the manager's discretion.

Damaged in Transit
If merchandise is damaged in transit a replacement or refund will be issued. Please call the store to report the damage. If the box or packaging has been compromised pictures are helpful in making a claim with the carrier.

Textbook and course material returns will be accepted under the following conditions:
- Purchases were made during the current semester and returned during the returns period.
- Returns must be accompanied by the original cash register receipt (or invoice) and student ID.
- New textbooks must be free of ALL markings, rips, damage and signs of wear and tear.
- Original packaging or plastic wrap must be intact.
- Drop Returns and Withdrawal Returns meeting the above requirements will be accepted through the end of that period.
- Current Buyback value will be offered after the return deadlines.
- The Campus Store reserves the right to refuse a refund at anytime. All refunds and exchanges are subject to the manager's discretion.
